Group Therapy Details

  • 60min facilitated playgroup
  • Ages 2-4
  • Mondays & Wednesdays during school term
  • 10.15am-11.15am
  • Parent education is provided in the session.
  • Parents and guardians are invited to stay and participate
  • Different theme each week – e.g. animals, the beach, Christmas, dinosaurs, colours, vehicles.
  • Works on social skills, engagement, play skills, fine motor skills and gross motor skills.
  • Builds confidence and working alongside other children
  • A chance for parents to connect with each other

Session structure

  • Greetings
  • Gross motor movement activity
  • Gym play on sensory gym equipment
  • Table top activities – crafts and sensory activities
  • Parachutes and goodbyes
